Multicolor is available on most of our tiles. Our tiles are glazed and fired a first time with a background color. These tiles are then hand painted ("over glazed"), according to color and design specifications, and fired a second time.

The glazes used for hand painting are different from our production glazes. However, we are able to mix colors to approximate our field tile glazes. We do not recommend mixing glaze colors from different series on the same multicolor piece.

Many of our tiles have multicolor standard colorways. Custom colorways can be produced at an additional 15% charge. We submit a "strike-off" sample for customer approval before producing an entire order when custom colors are ordered..
